Welcoming our newest arrivals

In the months leading up to Christmas, seven new tenants have taken the opportunity to base their businesses at the Louis Pearlman Centre.  In addition there is firm interest from a number of other prospective tenants.  The lettings clearly demonstrate the continued demand for business accommodation in the area which benefits from excellent transport links to both the city centre and national motorway network.

The on-site staff would like to take this opportunity to welcome our latest tenants. We hope to do more in depth articles on them and other tenants during the coming months
